Cimarron Parkway Apartments

Worst apartment I have ever rented.Apts are roach infested in the summer time stink like mold.Staff is Horrible.Morgan is the only one in that office that cares for her tenants.Repairs take a week to get done and it's a half job so you have to redo work order.Staff is not friendly after u sigh your lease they are very rude will call u a liar in your face double charge for water.I give it a half a star rateing.. I have rented 4 other apartments and this was my worst experience.Also POOL is not open on Mondays or holidays in summer months.I rented to be able to utilise pool during summer vacation . more

its important to let people know how this place is being run.very poor treatment of tenants,morgan is the only one that realizes that without tenants they would not have jobs.1)roach problem2)poor workmanship paint moulding,sheetrock.3)staff arguementative more so than i have experienced any where.4)lost payment and tried to blame me.5)a/c doesnt work properly.we live here to send our chilren to to better schools.we own rental properties and we would never treat any of our renters in this unproffesional manner.looking for new home cant wait till lease is up. more

I've lived in these apt. for almost 6 months now and it has been the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The management doesn't care about their tenants and their needs, call them liars when they have proof, and destroy your property because they lack the skills in thier workers to fix anything properly. It took them 3 weeks to fix my roof after the hurricane. And then when they finally did, all they did was paint the celling to look like they fixed it and got paint all over the sofa and the tv. There is also black mold growing in all the air ducts in the apartment and I am having the city department of health come by and look at it. the management claims that it is just dust and that if it is mold they don't care because it is not their responsibility, even though black mold is very dangerous. I have had to stay at friends housed due to this and they are so unknowledgeable about anything that they even told me that mold can't be black because they all took a mold course and mold can only be green so there is no way it can be mold. I didn't think there were people out in the world that were that stupid, but Cimarron Parkway Apartments proved me wrong. If you are someone looking for an apartment in Katy, I recommend highly you DO NOT live here, unless you want to be exposed to black mold and the stupidest management ever. Cons: EVERYTHING more
