its important to let people know how this place is being run.very poor treatment of tenants,morgan is the only one that realizes that without tenants they would not have jobs.1)roach problem2)poor workmanship paint moulding,sheetrock.3)staff arguementative more so than i have experienced any where.4)lost payment and tried to blame me.5)a/c doesnt work properly.we live here to send our chilren to to better schools.we own rental properties and we would never treat any of our renters in this unproffesional manner.looking for new home cant wait till lease is up.
