We went to Cilantros looking for a casual mexican meal - something authentic and not overly priced. We were seated quickly and handed generous menus with many traditional dishes listed. Next came the chips and salsa, definitely the best part of our dining experience. The chips were warm, salty, and the salsa was mild, but not bland. The Cilantro Margaritas were a little too juicy with no real kick. We had the guacamole sopas (fair), chicken tortilla soup (fair), chicken mole (fair - not enough chocolate), and carne asada fajitas (good). The service was friendly although slow to clear plates and refill glasses.
Pros: Chips and salsa
Cons: Bad mole
