Cici's is a local favorite for kids. It is very inexpensive and very family-friendly (it is almost overrun with kids sometimes, especially when there's a birthday party!). Even if you order the buffet -- the cheapest way to eat -- you can still ask for a specific pizza to be made. They also have a salad bar and a dessert bar. You can also take-out.
