We met Chris Fazio in the Choice Pool & Spa booth at the home show in Raleigh in the fall of 2011. Since he had a card with his name and their logo, we presumed he worked for Choice. He never told us he didn't. We discussed replacing a pump and the cover to our hot tub. We contracted with him under what we presumed was his own company name: AB Pool & Spa. He did install a pump but we have never received the cover nor does he return phone calls. If you have a card of his and are thinking about contacting him, DON'T.
