Some of the ""Do's"" Feel free to bring in decorations, banners, flowers, table cloths, balloons, entertainment, wine, etc. If there's something you are not sure of, just ask. We will work with you in any way we can. Some of the ""Don'ts"" We cannot allow outside food to be brought into The Chocolate Bar; it's against the Health Code.
