After touring several local schools, I knew this one was "the one" after about 5 minutes. I was a working mom, heading back to the working world and very hesitant and nervous about putting my 10 week old son in care. The tour: I was greeted by a sunny, smiling Director- Tiffany. She was confident in her school and didn't exactly need to sell me on anything...the school, teachers and curriculum spoke for themselves. We threw on our blue booties prior to entering the infant room. These are required by anyone entering the classroom, lots of little hands and toes touch the floor-this keeps things sanitary. I met lead teacher, Ms. Huda. She made me feel welcome in her classroom and could tell right away that she ran a tight ship. She has nearly 20yrs experience at this location and six children of her own. I decided to do a trial day and have never looked back. Our experience: Ms. Huda exudes confidence and ease with newborns & infants. After one day, she had my son sleeping in a crib(instead of swing), swaddled(hated it at home) and on a feeding schedule. I fondly refer to her as "the baby whisperer" to friends and family. My son is now 8 months old and has learned so much! He is socialized with other children, eats on a schedule and takes regular naps. This is all attributed to his time at Childtime. All the teachers in the Infant room truly care about the babies and it shows. I wouldn't be there, otherwise. more

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible place for your baby! 10/7/2008

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible place for your baby!\r \r This place lacks hygine and cleanliness and more importantly the warmth that a baby needs. I have found my daughter left to cry when I sent her there on the second day of her immunization. All the care givers were told about the shot and asked to give her extra love as her leg may be hurting! \r \r Another incident that this place is a mess is they had such a spread of stomach flu that got our daughter sick. After 4 days, when she started feeling good and all the diarrhea and vomiting is gone, I sent her to the day care and she again came home with diarrhea. \r \r The main care giver Ms. Huda is a very foul mouth person. In the first week of my daughter's day care she said to me about other moms that "What kind of people are they to drop their babies off to the day care for 10-12 hours". Well, I was also one of those moms! Can you imagine how it made me feel!\r \r The other care givers are just little better than teenagers taking care of y more

Childtime Continues to Impress 9/6/2007

My baby has been at this Childtime since she was six weeks old. I continued to be awed with the quality of care she has received. The staff is very dedicated and caring. Several of the teachers have been with the company for many years. The managers are very friendly and approachable.\r \r The facility itself is beautiful and very homelike. I could not be happier! more

Childtime Policies Need Review 5/23/2005

This Childtime facility is in need of better managment. Common practice is under-staffing the rooms, causing them to be out of ratio and putting your child in a potentially harmful situation. Even with the right number of teacher aids, the number of children per classroom is excessively high. The rooms are often messy and lack supervision. Pricing is very high considering the amount of attention and care your child is actually receiving. Despite the fact that there are some caring and dedicated employees on staff, I would not reccommend this child care center. PROS: CONS: High staff turnover. High end pricing. more
