This is was the first time we ordered from this place. The food arrived and all the chicken we ordered was dry. When we called we spoke with one of the supervisors (was told the manager is not there, only in the mornings), he told us that the chicken can be dry because they freeze the chicken they don't sell the previous day (that was a flag!) and that they could replace our food as long as we have our first order ready for the driver, this also came with one condition, the chicken could not look like it had been eaten? I asked how could this be possible, we have to try it to know it was bad. He said there was nothing they could do, it's their policy. I would be cautious if you want to order chicken from this place.
