I used your towing services last night I found you on my Gps Unit. Your driver and dispatcher were excellent and very professional. Considering the time when we were broken down we were very vulnerable and it was great to see your company did not take advantage of us. Amazing Service!!! At 2:30 Am on a Sunday night, I was stuck in my work parking lot attempting to shift my car into gear. I had no success with it though. I sense this must have happened to many others because I googled the problem on my i phone and it seems this is a problem with many dodges these days. I then searched for a tow truck company to call out and use which was a lot harder than I thought it would have been since most of the companies listed were closed or out of business. I called Planet Towing and the driver showed up very quickly and in about 30 seconds had my car in gear and showed me how to shift it and I was able to drive it home and then drive it to the dealer he following morning to have it repaired. Planet Towing shared their drivers time and expertise and saved me the price of a tow i I was able to drive it to the dealer myself. You don't often find service like that anymore. Let's patronize businesses like this one and maybe they'll all get the message! more

Good: I loved the service I received on both ends of dealing with this company. Their dispatcher was very much helpful and knew how to calm me down on the phone and let me know that help was on the way and that they would take care of all my concerns. Second the driver who showed up in about 25 minutes was kind and very quicjk to get my car on his bed and tow me and my car to a safe location.. Bad: I did not find ant problems with the service I received from Planet Towing. Improvements: No Improvemnents need to be made to their service. Please Keep up the great work your company is doing.. Other: I would reccommend their service to any and all and I made sure I locked their number in my cell in case I ever get in a accident again.. more

This towing service is great!!! I had the misfortune of having a tire fall off while driving because I. allowed some holmeless man to assist me with changing my flat tire i had about 3 hours prior. I searched for a couple of services who said they would be unable to help because I needed a flatbed truck and they only had snatchers? not sure what that is but whatever. I called Chicago Planet Towing Company and they weere able to get to me fast and thats is what mattered most to me more
