Superior Customer Service!!! 6/20/2011

During the complete renovation of my kitchen, I was unsure as to what to do with the floor. I had gone to Home Depot to look at floor tiles and was completely overwhelmed and unable to get the customer service that I needed. Larry, the owner of Chester County Tile Supply, was able to give me the superior and personalized customer service that I required. Relying on Larry?s expert advice, I was able to choose the perfect floor tile to complement my new kitchen. Larry also suggested laying the floor tile in a running bond pattern which I never would have thought of on my own. The installers were at my house on the dates promised and did a beautiful and professional job. My new tile floor is spectacular. My next project is a backsplash for the new kitchen and I will definitely use Chester County Tile Supply for the job. more

Highly Recommend for Quality Work and Cost Saving 3/29/2011

We used Chester County Tile for three bathrooms for a new house we built in Wayne, PA. Not only did we save thousands over a local tile company, we enjoyed a completely professional experience from the owner and his installers. The bathrooms were finished to our complete satisfaction and ahead of schedule. We subsequently referred Chester County Tile to several friends who could only thank us for helping them save a lot of money!!! I would definitely use Chester County Tile again. more

Superb service and workmanship 3/11/2011

Chester County Tile did a fabulous job on our master bath. The workmanship was top notch and the price was well below the other installers/retail sales operations in the area. During the installation Larry noticed some water damage he immediately brought it to our attention and fixed the area to ensure no mold would develop. After that he installed a beautiful bathroom that has increased the value of our home. We are currently planning to get a second bathroom done and to redo our kitched and will definitely be using Chester County Tile more

Helped us out of a bad situation 3/8/2011

We learned a great lesson after getting burned on a poor tile floor installation by a ""handyman"". Weeks after the floor was laid, the grout started cracking. We got nothing but excuses. Luckily, we called Chester County Tile Supply. Larry agreed to tackle the job which meant taking up the floor that was just installed, and laying new tile. His installer was professional, clean and efficient. To prevent tracking dirt on our carpet while he was working in our home, he even covered all carpet from the front door up to the second floor bathroom~we were impressed! The cost was affordable, the results were amazing. We now have a floor that is beautiful, long lasting and we're proud to show it to our family & friends. Thanks Chester County Tile!! more

Outstanding Customer Service!!! 3/2/2011

Great affordable prices and the customer service was top notch! Not too many people in the construction business are willing to break their backs for their customers these days; however, the owner of this company goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction to the fullest. I have had three bathrooms, a kitchen floor, and beautifully designed back splash all installed by this company. The instillation was suburb, the price was outstandingly affordable, and the cleanliness and customer care was exquisite. Buy from CCTS!!! more
