Called 10 minutes AFTER they were already late , and said it would be another half hour until they got here.We CANCELLED appt. no consideration for their customers time, what are you guys? Comcast? more

We used a Groupon to have our carpets shampooed. They were very good job and the carpets looked great and smelled much better (we have 6 pets). There were still a few dark spots that have been there for a long time so they came out again to look at them and treated them for free. My son was home when the tech came (he thinks his name was Steffen) and my son said that his customer service was outstanding! I also got a voicemail from him regarding the spots with detailed information. No charge! I would HIGHLY recommend them and will have them clean my carpets next time too. more

My experience was bad, but I will update this report if corrections are made. The technician did not know how to treat the fabric on my upholstered chairs and ottomans. He damaged all of them. He was supposed to return, but never did. I just called the office to report he was a 'no show'. Unfortunately, the Stickley chairs and ottomans were consigned for sale at $2000 each set and the Consignment shop said the damage to the fabric ... if uncorrected ... affects the value of the furniture. He also made quite a mess of my hardwood floor. He did not cover it and overspray was all over. He cleaned it up, but you could still see the 'smearing' from the chemicals he used. He did a good job on the carpet. I would not use them for upholstered furniture. more

GREAT JOB! 5/9/2011

The young men just left...and left ME with beautifully cleaned carpeting...AND it smells nice too. Recently I've had a lot of construction done and was concerned that I'd never see my beautiful cream colored carpets clean again. THEY DID IT:) AND it didn't take all day!! No fuss, no muss they just got right to work and presto - BEAUTIFUL JOB. Thank you! more
