IF I could give them 0 rating, I would. This will be the first and the last time I used them!!! First they what to come 2 hours earlier and saying that that was my appointment ...

Staff is professional and do good work. 3/30/2013

My wife swears by them and won't use anyone else. But their window they give you for when they will show up is only a rough guide. About 1/3 of the time they won't arrive until afterwards, in one case almost 3 hours later. more

Gentle on carpets with fast dry-time 3/13/2013

My carpets were not very dirty. I'm not sure the few traffic areas that showed light dirt would have come clean had I not requested the cleaner go over it a second time. more

Best Carpet cleaner plus they do grout too! 6/27/2011

I have been having P & G clean my carpets for years, and last time they came in I had them do the grout oin my Kitchen, WOW!!! it looks great. These guys are pros and always on time and friendly. Thanks! more
