Worst experience ever, had to get a tux and our daughter a flower girl dress, the experience was horrible, worst than David's Bridal, my wife told me about another small bridal shop, which I wish not to say, but they treated me with respect and the personal attention I received at the other shop was out of this world. I'm glad we didn't buy anything from Charme Bridal and they will never get my business and I have gotten the word out on twitter, Facebook, through our work, and word is traveling fast not to shop here unless you want poor service along with poorly made items
