Loved my experience 12/1/2011

I had a facial and eyebrow wax done last Saturday. The treatment was excellent. She never left me alone in the room ( I hate when they do that). I was so relaxed i actually fell asleep for a few minutes. more

Incha is so caring. She is a friend. She knows what is best for me and goes above and beyond to make me happy. Always full of energy, enthusiasm, and we share stories and laughter. She is amazing. message, reflexology, wash and dry 11/30/2011

My massage and reflexology was wonderful! I started in the sauna (very relaxing) and ended completly stress free! I wasn't very happy with the wash and blowdry. She barely washed my hair and when I told her how dry my hair was, she never put conditioner in, which made for a difficult comb out in the chair. I don't know what I thought, but I guess a blowdry was just that. No styling or finish. I still left happy, only because I was sooooooooo relaxed from my unbelievable message! more

For all the years I have been a client at Charles David, just as you think there is nothing more they can do to top the customer service, they do it again! Every person in that establishment is smiling and making sure the clients needs and wants are served. Love, love, love!!! more

Bittersweet 11/6/2011

I had a $35 gift card so when I made the appt. I requested a $35 haircut. I was told that the choices were $25, $30 or $40 so I picked $40. They said Becky would be my stylist. When I arrived for my appt., I was told Becky left early but someoone else would help me. I was very satisfied with my haircut but when I went to pay I was told I owed $70. I explained my arrangement and she said Becky usually charges $45 but they would take $40. Now if Becky charges $45, why try charge me $70? Did I get a $70 haircut or a $40 haircut in about 20-25 minutes? Something seems wrong here. Maybe more communication is needed. That's my experience and I won't be back. more
