HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Will NEVER go back. “Manager” April is a liar with a lot of attitude. Internet went down in the middle of my $400 sell. I was told not to leave the store. My back showed the sale completed, but April said it was on hold. I ended up having to wait for over an hour. I asked for the DM’s phone number to be told by April that she didn’t have it. The only number she had was for customer service. I requested a refund and was told I could not have one I called customer service and put the call on speaker for April to hear and the supervisor at customer service to talk to her. She told them she didn’t tell me not to leave the store. I told her not to lie only to have April to tell me to lower my voice. She told customer service she had spoken to her DM about the situation. I told her she had lied to me again only to find out from the supervisor (Dave) at customer service this is company policy. The DM doesn’t talk to customers. I was told by Dave he could not help me that it would be 7 days before he could even see the transaction. I had to wait an hour only for April to rering my purchase and get the last 4 numbers of my card. VERY UPSET ?? over this whole process.
