Company response and then Jason & Chris were awesome 8/7/2013

Our home a/c went out in the morning ... It was a 104 degree day ... It was sweltering... Within 4 hours we had a Champion Technician! Our 24 year old a/c died! Today, the next day, a NEW energy saving machine was installed and working great. Chris and Jason were diligent, attentive and anticipated our needs; their concern was remarkable. They were very friendly and professional in every way. I was impressed with their expertise and their ability to improve our situation. They left everything clean and spotless with all debris taken away. My wife and I were very pleased with their service work and with them as outstanding technicians. Thank you and Thank them. more

Amazing service! 8/6/2013

These guys were freaking awesome! Chris and Jason were professional and worked quickly. They were so funny and very helpful with everything. I highly suggest requesting these two to fix your ac or heater. They cleaned up very well and did not mind the dogs pestering them while they worked. Two thumbs up! more

A/C out on a Sunday!!! 8/4/2013

We had our A/C go out on a Sunday! We are still fairly new to San Antonio and had no idea who to call. I looked up A/C repair and chose Champion A/C. First person who took my call was very nice and attempted to talk me through simple fixes in an attempt to keep me from having to do an expensive service call for Sunday! To no avail, we had to call in some help. Our technician was Rene. He did great. He explained everything he was doing and kept the repair process simple. We had a capacitor go out. He showed me the specs for the capacitor on the unit and then tested the old to show how it was no longer working. At no time did I feel that he was trying to run up an expensive bill. Great service, courteous through our entire process. Will definitely recommend and use Champion A/C again. more

Rene came by diagnosed the problems and presented us with alternatives to fix the issue. He presented advantages and disadvantages to the courses of actions and scheduled repairs in timely manner. Thank you to all staff involved. more

I had a small army of local repair men look at my broken central air system. I had three new compressors installed before I called champion. should have called them first. Gerald figured out, and repaired, the problem in minutes. I will call them first from now on. more

Champion AC is the BEST!!! After calling dozens of ac companies around town, Champion AC was the only one that said they could come out that day! Nolan was our service tech and showed up on-time, extremely courteous, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. We also discussed with him how all our children had allergies and if they had anything they would recommend for helping with the the air circulation. He suggested that we try a uv light they offer that kills bacteria, mold etc. Ever since he installed it in our home our children have not complained about their allergies and I noticed my oldest son stopped sneezing as much. We are so glad we chose Champion AC and will never go with anyone else! - Roma more

BEST AND MOST AFFORDABLE SERVICE IN TOWN!! 7/19/2013

Dead of Summer and my entire AC/Heating System went out!! Called Champion AC & spoke with Tony Martinez about options. After answering a few diagnosis questions and taking some mobile pics of my interior and exterior units, he provided me the answer I was looking for. Not only did he walk me through this over the phone and simplify everything for me, he promised to get it done for me asap! My family did not have to suffer through the furnace our house had become & Techs Cris and Jason were at my door when they said they would be!! A complete system gut and replacement within a few hours!! Believe me, I called around and NO ONE else in San Antonio would commit to not only the pricing I got, but the timing and completion of the job!! All I can say is THANK YOU CHAMPION AC, TONY, CHRIS, JASON!! YOU GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! more

Excellent service. Came back in the heat to make sure my AC was fixed. 7/5/2013

Tommy came back in the Texas afternoon heat with parts to fix my AC. He was smart enough to come with a backup plan because the fix was a little more complex than originally thought. He did an excellent job and stayed to make sure it was working before he left (Friday afternoon). I am so glad I bought a new AC unit with this company almost 3 years ago. They honor their service agreement and do quality work. more

Installed new AC system 6/25/2013

Jason and Chris did a fantastic job replacing my broken old system with a new one. They also replaced the coil in my second AC unit. They were professional and answered all my questions without hesitation. I'd recommend Champion AC and the Chris and Jason install team anytime! more
