Replacing a 2007 Centex Home Airtron installed HVAC 3/22/2014

First, let me start off by stating that replacing my 2007 Centex Home Air tron installed HVAC system was extremely painful and frustrating. And thanks to Texas home warranty codes, we do not have much recourse in the matter. (the system was regularly inspected and worked on by Airtron) I called Champion AC to get a quote for 17 seer system. I also asked them to put in a zone system. Though costs were similar to Airtron, I decided to go with Champion Ac for to 3 big reasons: overall Google rating, veteran owned and operated, and general responsiveness. SA inspected the system and it passed with flying colors. My only general complaint, and this goes for any HVAC system installer, the prices are not readily available, but were provided when asked. Also make sure to ask for an after Tax price. I would highly recommend Champion AC to my family and friends. I appreciate all the hard work that Gerald, Alex, Javier M and Mark did to have my system installed in 8 hrs flat. more

Excellent company 3/15/2014

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Julie, Gerald, and the technicians at Champion. They got me a same day appointment, and accurately determined the cause of the problems with my AC unit. Gerald called me personally after the initial inspection to walk me through the process for getting my system replaced. It was very kind and thoughtful of Gerald to take the time to call me personally, rather than just leave me with a few quotes on paper. Gerald made sure my unit was taken care of swiftly and hassle-free. Gerald and Julie, the receptionist?, are the sole reasons i chose Champion. Thank you, Champion, thank you! Outstanding professionalism, customer service and support. 2/26/2014

Gerald inspected my former system and guided me through the options available to me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the best system for my family's needs. Gerald listened to me and made sure I understood the warranty options as well. I appreciate everything he did. On installation day. Jave and Javier arrived on time and began the install. They worked quickly and we're finished much sooner than I expected. They are pros, the best at what they do. They answered any questions I had and ensured the system was working to specs before they left; they cleaned up the work area put everything back in order. HIGH COMPLIMENTS TO MR. GERALD MIRANDA 1/22/2014

This is to state that Mr. Gerald Miranda, Senior HVAC Technician came by my home to assess the problems I was experiencing with my Lennox Heat & Air System. I must say that never before have I felt so comfortable with any home service persons because I have found experienced lack of professionalism, competence with the ones that came to service my system. This is not the case with Mr. Gerald Miranda because he listened quite attentively to my problems, and he took action to assess the problem with the system. He corrected simple problems with the AC settings and made detail recommendation to correct potentially serious problems that can damage the unit. I am a REALTOR and will definitely recommend Champion AC to all of my home owner clients. Gerald "the man" M. !!! 1/9/2014

My heater went out in my 2 year old house and since Airtron was the company that installed it I called them. After about 6 hours gave me a diagnosis that didn't sit right with me since the tech had tried all possible workarounds. Looking for second opinions on the web and came across Champion AC the next day. They sent Gerald "the man" M. out and within 2 minutes he found the correct problem, bypassed it and gave my house heat. He ordered the part, came back and installed it, but ran into a problem. He stuck with it and didn't leave before he had it fixed (only took about an hour). Will ask for Gerald again. more

Review of Champion AC replacing duct system 12/6/2013

During a Spurs game I saw the Champion AC commercial with the Coyote and gave them a call. I had already talked to several AC/Heating companies about replacing a duct system in an older house. Mark came to our house and gave us an estimate on cost and schedule, and info on CPS rebates. We were impressed with the services they promised and decided to have them do the work. They were on time and did the work promptly and efficiently, and within the time they predicted. This was done during the early December cold snap. they had the old ducts out and the new ones in within 5 hours and so we did not have to do without heat that night. They quickly finished up the testing and cleaning the next morning. Our AC/Heating system now works much more efficiently and we are very pleased with the work they did. Champion is even taking care of the paperwork for CPS rebates! Victor and Mark were the 2 technicians that did the work. They were very considerate, polite, and patient with our concerns and questions. And they cleaned up any mess that was made. Great guys! Ask for them. We highly recommend Champion AC! more

Air Handler Replacement 11/25/2013

Great reliable and professional company 11/24/2013

Champion AC installed ventilation for my nail salon. I had inquired with multiple AC companies and could not find one that was knowledgeable and experienced, until I found Champions AC. Charles and Mark knew exactly what my nail salon required by code. Their professionalism and ability to meet my timeline was beyond my expectation. Champion AC completed the job in one day and had also sent out a professional carpenter to patch and paint a wall, where the ventilation was installed. We plan on a second location, in the future, and will definitely return to Champion AC for our ventilation needs. We highly recommend Champion AC for residential/commercial HVAC services. more

Total A/C and furnace replacement 11/16/2013

In September we called Champion A/C to diagnose a problem with the a/c in a rental house. Gerald came out within a couple of hours. He laid out all our options and we chose to replace the entire system. The following day Jason and Chris came to do the job (they were on time). They did an excellent job and were very pleasant as they worked. They explained the city code compliance details, as they installed them. Great job, guys!!! Yesterday, the inspector found everything was done correctly. more

Tommy ,victor and mike they were really nice ,good and proffetinal team. I have to change my air Handel after recommendations from Tommy by identifying the problem and offer multiple solutions.
