Her smile looks so different now. She has more confidence and smiles frequently. \r \r Dr. Chamberlain was very encouraging from day one as was his wonderful staff. "" Each and every time that my son Wilson has had an adjustment, it has been a good experience. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly and has always included Wilson in the discussion of his process. Last Thursday Wilson had another adjustment. When he left the office, he wasn't sure it felt quite right and was concerned about it. We thought we would wait to see how it felt in the morning but discovered that he had discomfort when biting down and we did not want to let it go over the weekend. We attempted to reach the office by phone several times, not knowing that there was a training/conference going on. We decided to just show up at the office and discovered that we were interupting and felt terrible! But the staff was so gracious and kind and Dr. Chamberlin stopped was he was doing and attended to Wilson right then and there! In what could have been an awkward and uncomfortable situation, the staff and Doctor were so kind! My eleven year old was even impressed! He said he was going to recommend Dr. Chamberlain's office to everyone he knew! "" more

I am just thrilled with Dr. Chamberlain and all of the staff at Chamberlain Orthodontics. My daughter, Julia, has already completed her 2 years of treatment, and my son Colin is just getting started. My daughter hates having people touch her mouth, which made the entire braces process difficult for her. Dr. Chamberlain and the entire staff were super patient with her through the entire process, even though she was not an easy patient by any means. Dr. Chamberlain met with us yesterday to go over my son Colin's treatment plan and he really made Colin feel like part of the process. He talked directly to him about the 'why' and the 'how' of the orthodontics process. Colin feels very comfortable and is even looking forward to the process. They do a great job of tracking progress and the before and after photos are simply amazing. I have one child with a BEAUTIFUL smile, and other child who is on his way.... Thank you! more
