I will NEVER return to this business again. The owner is rude and uncompromising. Customer service is non-existent. My daughter and I went to use two Sharing sprees vouchers we had purchased and the owner refused to let us use two on the same day even though the ""Fine print"" said Limit 2 vouchers per household. There was not one disclaimer about not being able to use the vouchers on the same day. In addition to her failure to honor these valid vouchers to the letter of the purchase agreement, she snidely commented that since I waited until the last day to use the vouchers that she didn't feel sorry for me. I pointed out that the vouchers actually have two different expiration dates printed on them which were exactly one month apart and that legally I have an additional month to use them. She angrily replied that it was the first date that was valid and that she would not honor them after that date. I feel her rudeness, lack of compromise, tact and customer service was apprehensible. This is one small business owner that deserves to go under. I have worked in various retail stores throughout my life (restaurants, bars, Elks Club, Target, Walmart, JC Penney, and others) and NEVER would I speak to a customer in this manner nor would any manager or owner that I had worked for. I feel I certainly have legal rights to take this unprofessional owner to court.
