I am a real estate agent. I had the immense displeasure of dealing with a Ms. Evette Euiz. Not only was it next to IMPOSSIBLE to get her on the Phone, I also could not get a counter in writing except through text message. OBSURD! That is NOT the way business should be done. I also got the impression that she was purposely trying to kill the deal so she could make both of commissions. I can't be certain of this, but that's what my gut tells me. I think that office should be closed down, as I have heard MANY complaints about their dishonest business practices. more

I went through a situation similar to the writer before me. I rented from Lublin and like she says, they had no emergency service. We were without hot water and heat for a week, and many times the drain would back up, and we could not use any of the plumbing fixtures for days at a time. ALSO, I used to have a cleaning service. We did a job for Lublin, we cleaned their office, and they never paid us. They insisetd that the job was not satisfactory. We hauled out bags and bags of trash, like old books and things they wanted to get rid of, and emptyed all the trashcans, cleaned the desks and bathrooms etc. and they paid us not one cent. That is beside the point though, as realtors they are terrible! Chanda more

I live in an apartment which is managed through this company & have for over 2 years now. As soon as I find something else I will be moving for sure. They are slow to respond when something breaks & have no weekend-emergency phone #. This past Friday my roof began leakinbg. Sat morning I left a message for them. Monday they said a roofer would call me. It is the middle of a week long period of rain for the area & I still have heard nothing even after repeated calls to them. I have already filed a complaint with the code enforcement agency & they have already called & are going to inspect the property shortly. If there is any justice there will be major fines which might wake them up & care when en emergency situation arises in a tennant's property...but I doubt it. more
