Century 21 of Cleveland manages the apartment complex, Adkisson Village. The have a convicted sex offender (lewd and lascivious assault ON A CHILD) Terry "Bebo" Robarge employed as the maintenance man for Adkisson Village, as well as their other low income housing developments. He has access to each of the homes where there are over ten children residing, and is often found fraternizing with those children playing alone. It would seem Century 21 of Cleveland either failed to perform a simple background check of their employee, or they are aware of Mr. Robarge's criminal record, and chose to give him access to the children of these lower income developments-because it was of no concern to them. Either way, would you want to trust such a management company with the safety and security of your home?
