I had just been transferred from Los Angeles to Orlando and the thought of selling our home in LA and finding a new one in an area that we knew absolutely nothing about was daunting. On doing a search for Orlando area realtors from our home in LA, we stumbled on to John with Centurion Realty Group?s information. He had previous ties to the midwest and was able to work with us in finding a local Orlando community that was similar to what we were used to in LA. During the process of selling our home and buying a home in the Winter Springs area, we had to go in to the new home buying process with contingencies, based on the closing of the home in LA. We made an offer on a house we thought was perfect, way bigger than what we could ever hope to get before. The owners accepted the offer John presented; we gave them a promissory deposit. However, then the house in LA fell out of escrow and the purchaser was not able to secure his loan. That left us in a pinch with the sellers we were working with in Winter Springs. John handled all of the details, we were given an extension to sell the house in LA, and John even worked with our agent in California to get the house sold. Unfortunately, our house sat unsold for a couple of months. We lost the house in Winter Springs, but John was able to get our deposit back, and he continued to work to get us in a home in the Winter Springs area. He called our agent in California frequently to find out the status of the sale. The house finally went back in to escrow with a new buyer, and John coordinated all of the details and timing with our agent to get the timing just right for us to go and find another house to make a solid offer on. He came back to us with a big grin on his face and told us he found the perfect house in Winter Springs, the adjacent town to Rockwall. We were not very happy about it until he told us that due to a quirky county line, the new house was on the Winter Springs county side of the line and we would still be in the Winter Springs school district. We took a look at the house and made an offer almost immediately. We ended up with a very nice house and saved about $40,000 on the purchase price from what we were going to pay on the house that fell out!! John was a rock during the entire process and since buying and selling a home is stress enough if everything goes perfectly, we were very fortunate to have had him as our realtor with all the problems we had on selling our old house. If anybody were to ask me for a reference on a Real Estate professional, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend John and the team at Centurion Realty Group. He's that rare customer service guy that you can only read about from days gone by. more

I wish I could put in words how AMAZING Cindy with Centurion Realty Group is! We contacted Cindy around September of 2010 because we saw her ad on the internet while looking at houses to buy. She was literally the first realtor we contacted and WOW...we got lucky!!! She showed us a few houses and we decided that it was probably best that we waited because of financial reasonings. Cindy informed us that we could call her when we decided to start looking again. Honestly, we forgot about houses and forgot about Cindy until May 2011. We had just started thinking about looking again when my phone rang...it was Cindy! She was calling to see if we had decided to start looking again and oddly enough, we were! She showed us it seemed like hundreds of houses all over Volusia and Seminole County until we finally found one we fell in love with. Unfortunetly, the house was a short sale and we had NO knowledge of what that entailed but we were ready to buy it! So, June 2011 we signed our contract and Cindy updated us and helped us EVERY SINGLE step of the way! She called or emailed me as often as she could to give us updates about where we were in the short sale process. She was always EXTREMELY helpful with explaining the Realtor gibberish that we didn't understand..and if I still didn't understand, she found another way to explain it to help me!!! Finally, January of 2012 we closed on our house and were 100% comfortable with everything because once again..she was right by our side from start to finish! From the very first day when I had listed my property, Prithi with Centurion Realty Group came out in the rain to take pictures to get our property listed. Then she quickly came back and updated the outside pictures on the first sunny day. I have delt with several Realtors in the past, even a family member who was a Realtor, and have never received the level of service and professionalism that Lisa shows. I can be quite difficult at times, and Prithi was able to handle all the challenges that I had for her. With Prithi, it was never a ""problem"", only a ""challenge"". If she did not know the answer, she said so, but she would go the extra mile to find the answer. Prithi is the type of person who delivers on what she says. She will not tell you things just to make you happy, she might not tell you what you ""want"" to hear, but she will definetely tell you what you ""need"" to hear. We were very confused when we first started looking for a home. All the shows we watched on tv talked about how the market was coming down and how bad the Real Estate market was doing. For some reason every offer we would put on a home would get rejected. Then we met, Cindy and John from Centurion Realty Group. They kindly explained to us that homes priced below $150k that were at or below market were going within days. So with their help we changed our game plan around and within 2 weeks we had an accepted offer on a house we liked. Its amazing how having a Realtor that actually understands whats going on makes a difference.
