Centinela Cleaners

I have used Centinela cleaners for years, usually taking in $15 or $20 worth of work a week. I have tried other cleaners in Mar Vista which had slightly better prices, but when the closed early one day and I could not get my garments after fighting LA traffic to get there, I vowed never to give them another penny. The crew at Centinela is good and the work is fine. I have never had a garment returned with any problems. Pros: Staff, competency Cons: not the best tailoring work more

Ok, so I was probably originally sucked in by what other reviewers (who are apparently smarter than me) have noticed are fake reviews. And so I went there because I was looking for a really good place to clean a fancy dress I wore to a wedding and some items for my boyfriend (dress shirts, ties, etc.). My dress has a special issue since there is a buckle type thing that makes it so that the dress cannot be cleaned in the normal way. Although I was not treated ""like family"" and all that garbage from the fake reviews, they were nice enough and more importantly, willing to work with me to find a solution to the dress problem as well as help with stains on my boyfriend's items. The prices were acceptable (not way overpriced, but also not a bargain) and all of the items came out very well, including my dress and the buckle thing. My overall assessment is: good cleaners, get the job done well and fairly quickly. Hope this helps! I am searching desperately for a good cleaners and HATE that the reviewers in this case are so obviously fake. Check that the reviews are all done in no more than a two week period and that three of them only have one other review for some Cafe Floria. The self proclaimed ""cute husband and wife"" team should be ashamed. Cons: If they lie online... Do you trust them with your clothes? more

My family has been using this dry cleaners for many years. We tried other ones when we moved here, but found this establishment much more professional. The owners are very friendly and know us by name, and what's important is that they really care about customer service and the quality of their work. All around they offer excellent value without compromising quality. You can't beat the alterations work. And it's important to me that they have the equipment on premises. I've been using this famiy-owned cleaners for years and have never been disappointed. The husband-wife team has been running the business for over 20 years and they treat all their customers like family (even the dog gets personal attention). This is a family run place and they really go out of their way to accomodate customres. The gentleman runing it is very sweet to my kids, always smiles and remembers my name. I stumbled across Centinela Cleaners by accident, and have taken all my cleaning there since. First, they are reliable and they consistently do a great job; the owner is tremendously friendly and checks every piece visually before he hands them to you, and what kind nice people. the Price is great, and they are on time, and they are such good folks there.
