I had a problem where I suddenly stopped getting gas. The rep, Chastity, was SO rude when I called and acted like I was an idiot and just needed to re-light the pilot on my stove, water heater and heat. She wouldn't send anyone out to help me. The next day I had to call again and they sent someone. The man came in the house and declared that we have no gas. He also checked the meter and said that there is gas at the meter (of course so they could keep billing me) and said to call a plumber and left! Well that made no sense so my builder came out and identified the problem and now I have been waiting almost 8 hours after I left work early and missed a dinner party for the repair technician to come fix the problem he should have figured out 2 days ago. I have been without gas, and consequently without hot water, for 4 days now! Absolutely ridiculous! The WORST customer service I have ever experienced! This company deserves negative stars!
Pros: You need gas and they have it!
Cons: They have gas and don't give it to you when you need it despite the fact that you have paid all your bills!
