Absolutely WONDERFUL Service 9/16/2010

Everything about Centennial Glass from the Office Manager, the installer and the timely, efficient installation, was professional. They were friendly and worked within our restricted time schedule. We will definitely use them again and refer them to our friends and family. more

Amateur Hour 11/27/2009

By far the worst glazing contractor I've ever dealt with. Customer service is not on their radar screen. Don't expect anything to occur on time. Usually when you voice a concern to the company and work your way up the ladder you can get somewhere. In this case, the owner is the problem. Unprofessional is an understatement. Surprised they're even in business the way they treat their customers more

Not worth it!! 7/29/2007

We purchased from and had Centennial install 2 windows. The were installed incorrectly and they scratched our front door and put a hole in our wall. Months later, I am still trying to get some form of compensation for this. I have made countless phone calls which have never been returned - not once! I have scheduled appointments with the owner, Bryce, to come and look at the damage as it is on his way home, only to have him not show up. My husband works in construction, and has heard many complaints about Centennial Glass. Too bad he didn't hear these before we had our windows installed. Too much headache for horrible service! more

Avoid - innattentive and doesn't do the job right the first time 8/2/2006

Aug 04 - initial quote, and made deposit, was told to wait for "dry days" Spring/summer - I had to call every few weeks to plead to get on their schedule, installation was done (improperly) nearly a year after deposit. Winter 05/06 - one of the 2 skylights leaked during heavy rains, they came out and confirmed that skylight was improperly sealed by installer "who's no longer with company" Summer 06 - called a couple of times to know when the job will be fixed - still waiting as of time of this post more
