I've never written a review on judy's book until now, and probably never will again, but this place deserves a review. A drunken weekend accident caused a shattered screen of my boyfriend's new iPhone 5s. This place repaired my boyfriend's iPhone screen on the spot, in 30 minutes! Fantastic service. Quick service, knowledgeable staff members, and a really comfortable shop to wait in. I've been in once for a shattered screen and once for a faulty battery. Both times the service has been remarkably fast, and I've been happy with my results. more

AMAZING!!! MIRACLE!!! 1/31/2015

AMAZING!!! Fast! Affordable! Super knowledgeable and courteous!!! I was sure my little daughter had destroyed her iPad...WRONG!!! They work miracles!!! not only fixed her iPad (dropped on a cement floor, face down, no cover...then dropped down a flight of stairs :/ ) ...they even fixed it super fast...in time for a major road trip...will recommend to EVERYONE!!! more

Great service 10/2/2014

Cell Ace phone repair is an efficient & excellent place to get your iPhone fixed. I had a problem with the charging dock of my iPhone 5, and I couldn't get a fix from Apple or Verizon. I took my iPhone to cell ace on a Saturday. They gave me the price up front and a 30-minute turnaround time. The phone is now as good as new. This place is SO much better than dealing with the Apple store. Go to cell ace phone repair if you don't want your time wasted. more

Scammers and disrespectful 8/31/2014

These guys are complete scammers, say the repair is only $60 and after they fix it the total price ends up being $175, and then will blame their accent (the one i spoke with had very good english) on us misunderstanding the price they previously "stated". I recently saw them actually nearly fight one of their customers for the same situation we had, which inspired me to right this review. Tips: pretty sure there is another cell phone repair booth located in the same mall that have fair reasonable prices and aren't complete scamming trash. more

WORST SERVICE YOU CAN FIND IN A MALL 5/6/2014

I HAD TO RETURN MY PHONE 5 TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY BROKE OR DAMAGED ANOTHER PART OF THE NEW PHONE NOT EVEN RELATED TO THE REPAIR. THEY USE MADE IN CHINA PARTS THAT DON'T LAST A WEEK. EVEN AFTER ALL THE DAMAGE, THE SCREEN LCD DIED AFTER IT WAS REPLACED BY THEM. I WAS TOLD NO WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DEFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. I DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE THE MALL YET. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS more
