THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE 10/14/2007

I came here because somebody I know said it was ok. Stupid me for not doing the most BASIC research to find out that I never should have come. Not only did I drop over $6000 with very, VERY little result, I always felt like I was being rushed. Then afetr being rushed a could of times, I was forced to wait over 40 minutes, without so much as a "sorry for the inconvienience". When I expressed my frustration, the front was very rude - what ever happened to courtesy??? They were nice when they were taking my money!!! I don't recommed. For $6000 (which is a ton for me!) If I'm not going to get al lest "ok" results, they should at least me nice. Jeez. Pros: Can't think of a one Cons: Poor results, staff can either be nice or really, REALLY rude more

I have not met a more professional staff, very impressive customer service. I am amazed to be honest. The results for sun damage, redness and age spots were more dramatic than predicted (in my humble opinion). I have much more confidence in my apperance. Thank you all so much. Laser treatments are a miracle for skin care! more
