If I could rate this shop at a 0, I would. The owner (not an employee) yelled at me stating that I was a liar and belittling her when I questioned the quality of what she sent. I have her conversation recorded - I was astonished that this was how she treated me. She stated that I was ""belittling her"" and that I needed to ""respect my elders"". I never once was rude or raised my voice. I simply stated that it is better business practices if she would fix the problem and not yell. She asked me if it was so horrible that I was yelled at. Considering that I am a paying customer, I think so. I gave her a chance to fix this problem 3 times and every time she yelled at me, stating that she does not care if I write a bad review. You would be better going to buy a $7 bouquet at Wal-Mart. At least if you have a problem, the likelihood of being yelled at and disrespected as a paying customer is pretty much non-existent.
