Wow, where should I start! I have been to Castle Dentist twice, I gave them the benefit of the doubt by keeping my second appointment. BUT, THE SECOND WAS JUST AS BAD AS THE FIRST...

This office staff changed my outlook on going to the dentist. I have put off going for years due to a bad experience with removal of wisdom tooth, but now I am not as scared...Thanks for the professionalism your office gives more

I was very nervous when I came into the office, but the staff and dentist were all so friendly and cordial, that I quickly overcame my fear. It was overall a very positive experience. more

5 stars office 12/29/2011

I was very reluctant to go to the dentist due to a bad experience at a different dental office. Dr. Kirby and his assistance made me feel very calm and important. It made a big difference to me. more

My, and son's, visit were very pleasant and staff was great! The only comment is that when a caller leaves a voicemail message at Castle Dental and requests a callback that this be granted rather than caller having to call a second time. more

Castle Dental 8/24/2011

Wow, where should I start! I have been to Castle Dentist twice, I gave them the benefit of the doubt by keeping my second appointment. BUT, THE SECOND WAS JUST AS BAD AS THE FIRST. The staff can't do simple math and give the correct change back.Dr. KIRBYwas VERY standoffish(no bedside manner) and did'nt follow-up after the treatment was done. I had questions about my dental treatment but he just completed the procedure and WALKED OUT OF THE BUILDING. I will say that the quality of the work was good but the Professionalism wasn't there. more

wish I would have seen your review before I went there! You are absolutely right 1st reviewer. They did not get my insurance plan information right either and wanted to charge me 97.00 for taking xrays and the dentist looking at my tooth, along with a total bill to my insurance company for almost three hundred dollars!! They also are charging me 20.00 to get a copy of the xrays they took! Needless to say I didn't receive any other service not even refilling my filling in my tooth after the dentist told me it was ""leaking"" whatever that means she still let me leave with it like that and told me I needed another appt to get it fixed and yet another appt for a cleaning! Ridiculous! what a rip off! Cons: dentist, service, staff, treatment...almost every thing more

BAD experience, AWFUL service ,and the staff are very bad. the service is very bad too. the dentist is red neck. they ripped me off. with insurace i paid ove 300$ to fill my teeth . very very very expensive useless treatments... be ware..**********choose a real dentist instead..******* Pros: the dental assistant is the best on on the staff Cons: evry thing more
