I experience very high anxiety levels when it comes to dental procedures. Dr. Carstensen takes the time to make sure I am very comfortable with whatever it is that I need done. From calling me prior the appointment, along with a follow up call to make sure everything went well, I really feel like I get extraordinary attention. He is always available to talk with and plans enough time in your visit to make sure he gives you his undivided attention. I would highly recommended him to friends & family and very glad I have found a dentist who makes my visit pleasant and comfortable. Thank you. more

Midge and Jenet, the two oral hygenists are very sweet, and gentle. The dentist, Dr. Steve Carstensen, does a very thorough job when examining ones teeth, teeth allignment, gums, and jaw structure. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. more

I have been a patient of Dr C for 10 years and have never received anything but the best of treatment. He is honest and if is not able to do something he will tell you and then refer you to someone who you will feel comfortable with and will give you the same great treatment. The office staff is very friendly and professionsl and will go the extra mile to help with your needs. The hygenists are very friendly and do there job with the utmost care and really do their best to make you comfortable in an uncomfortable setting. More people would go to the dentist if they all were like Dr C and his staff more

After seeing many dentists I finally found Steve Carstensen. He is by far the best dentist I've ever come across, solving a bite problem that had plagued me for years. I've been a patient now for ten years and in that time have found Steve to be a very caring dentist with excellent judgement who delivers dental care with gentle hands and a warm smile. The entire staff is similarly warm, friendly and supportive for all their patients. I always leave the office with a smile and consider the entire team my friends. more

I was referred by my physician for an oral appliance. I was unclear if I was to call to make an appoinment or needed to wait for a call following physician's referral being faxed to your clinic. I waited a little over a week then called to schedule an appointment. The appointment was set up and I received clinic paperwork and information that same day. I've not yet been to the clinic so can't provide a review beyond this experience. more

We are long-time happy patients of Dr Carstensen, however our current home in Alaska makes visits to Bellevue less frequent. We have made the trip for follow-up care, possibly making us the furthest commuting patients (2400 miles). Worth the trip! more
