Removed all the stains! 5/30/2012

We don't live in that area anymore but we moved to Washington state. We have a motor coach and we were there spending some time visiting family. There had been some water leakage in the carpet of the motor coach, with water stains and so forth. Carpet Wizard Inc. came in and cleaned the entire carpet in the motor coach. They removed all the stains! My carpet looked terrific after they were done! more

GREAT JOB 5/3/2012

This is the 3rd time I get the carpets cleaned by Carpet Wizzard and have been pleased with the great job they do. My carpet are white and they look like new after he clean them. more

Good job, good service, and I am very satisfied. 2/29/2012

We have used two other companies and they did not turn out well. We were unhappy with both of them. I tried Carpet Wizard and he came over and took care of everything. He worked at two locations for us. He got out a stain that another company was not able to remove, and it had been there for 6 months. more

Amazing services 11/13/2011

I first called Carpet wizard 3 years ago before my baby was born and have used Carpet Wizard ever since. The stains and high traffic areas on my carpet are always cleaned up well and my furniture is left looking great! My home is left smelling fresh and clean when they are finished. I HIGHLY recommend using their services. more

Got my couches cleaned, they were beige when I bought them.Having kids they really got dirty,Carpet Wizard cleaned them and thier beige again.They did a good job. I will call them again... more

Excellent Job! 4/23/2011

For the second year in a row, I made an appointment for Carpet Wizard to come to my house and clean the carpets and upholstery in my van. I couldn't have asked for better service. Everything was great. My husband said that it almost looks like new and our van has been through 7+ years of kids, trips, scouting events and more. I highly recommend Gustavo Gonzalez as doing a very detailed and excellent job. more

Excellent, thorough, and inexpensive. 4/13/2011

I tried a bunch of other carpet cleaning services before I found Carpet Wizard. Gus is the one who I work with there, and it feels like he really wants to clean my carpets because he always gets back to me right away. He also always comes out within the next couple of days. I have been using Carpet Wizard for 3 or 4 years now, and Gus is very thorough. He does a really good job, and the prices are more than fair. When he is at my house and I find other little spots, he cleans them with no problem. He doesn't nickel and dime me and is very straightforward. I feel that other carpet cleaning companies often come in with a really low priced deal, and then upsell for every little new stain or service. Gus absolutely does not do that. more

With Carpet Wizard, it was hard not to notice the difference from before and after in the carpet. It looked really good! It looked completely clean, and it seemed like they did a great job. more

Carptet Wizard 11/10/2009

Our recent kitchen-remodeling project resulted in dirty carpets. Carpet Wizard in Hayward was able to clean the carpets up like new. Deep stains are gone. We are very pleased with the work.
