They take their time to get rid of all the stains.. they really made sure to eliminate the pet odor I had lingering in my home because a "he who will not named" aka my puppy decided his bathroom was all over my living room carpet.. it was bad!!!!
The tech arrived on time he looked at the main room which needed a lot of attention. He let me know what the best option would be to eliminate all of the stains and the main thing was the pet odor.. I wanted it gone like two months ago. He told me that was something he could definitely take care of, what he would be doing was a "steam cleaning" which should be able to suck up all the urine left on the carpet and eliminate the smell as well as sanitized and disinfect that area.. I really liked the fact that they use all green solutions being 6 months Prego and having the little puppy I didn't want any toxins in my home..
He assured me all was GREEN even showed me the bottles even letting me look them up, and yes I'm very protective of my future baby and my puppy. I liked what I saw I liked what I heard and the price was not bad at all. he started the work in the mean time I decided I would take the puppy for a walk. yes, I left the tech alone in my home.
When I got back an hour later, he was done with the living room and just smelling the green products in my home and no pee smell was liberating.. I started to "cry" tears of happiness the tech thought I was upset I do blame all the "hormones" But I wasn't I was happy...
He was done about an hour later and let me tell you THEE best carpet cleaning service ever provided for me.. went smooth they did what they were coming out to do.. It was just an overall great experience.
