This is absolutely the best carpet store with which to do business. They are knowledgeable, professional and have fair pricing. They always are there when they say they will be and have many times re-arranged their schedule when I was not ready for a carpet. Wonderful, easy going people. I would not buy carpet anywhere else !!:) more

Richmond's best Carpet Store 6/3/2010

We bought carpet and vinyl flooring for our whole house. The sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful. The pricing is very reasonable too. The buying and installation went off without a hitch. We highly recommend this company. Pros: Great products, great service more

Wonderful Experience! 4/27/2009

We had a wonderful experience with Carpet Cuts. We had a carpet remnant that needed to be bound for our nursery. Mike carried it from our car for us which was wonderful since I am pregnant. He bound it in two hours and cut a rug pad for us and carried it back to our car! I could not believe that we got it done in one day and on a Sunday! I would highly recommend them they are GREAT!!!
