Great Food & Atmosphere 4/29/2012

The newly remodeled Carolina Bistro has become a regular spot since they reopened in early 2012. The inside has an upscale Italian/American theme with a friendly staff. They have a private banquet room and game room for my kids! We love the pizza (fresh ingredients) , baked ziti and Steak and Cheese. My wife boasts about their burgers. Groege and Lauren at the bar remembered me and what I ordered the next time back. My wife and I meet there for lunch every Friday! Net-the food is awesome, prices are reasonable and the owner Danny and his staff work hard to make your experience enjoyable. Chris Bott more

You will not be disappointed 4/29/2012

We try to get to the Carolina Bistro at least once a week and sometimes end up there more. This place has become about the only restaurant we go too. The food is always great, good menu and tap selection, good service and the place is clean. From the pizza to the linguine and clam sauce and everything in between, you can't beat it. more

Best Italian Food 1/1/2012

The Carolina Bistro reopened under new ownership. The food is absolutely amazing, so many favorites and a full menu to choose from. Great service with great prices. I will be there weekly. It is now non smoking and kid friendly. more

Convenient for those that live south of Ballantyne 6/29/2007

This a great restaurant if you do not feel like the crowds in the Ballantyne area. The food is good and they have a great bar. It can be a bit loud and smokey on weekend nights. Their steaks are very good. Pros: Locations Cons: Smoke more
