I was sold on all the great features explained to me by a Carolina Air sales person on installing a high-end replacement HVAC system with humidifier and electrostatic air-filters....

Even though replacing a broken system is expensive no matter where you go, the sales person didn't try to push the most expensive system on us. He told us what will work best and explained everything. The installation crew was great. 5 hours and everything was done and system was running. more

Carolina Air has good service. There was the nicest young man right here at my house, just a perfect little gentleman. I told him I liked him and that he could come do my air all the time. The price seemed a little high, but everything seems that way now, and I think they did an excellent job. more

I call them and they come right out. 1/13/2012

Carolina Air put my heat pump in about 4 years ago. It had a blue light laser on it also. They have stood behind their work since then. I call them and they come right out if I have a problem. more
