I was sold on all the great features explained to me by a Carolina Air sales person on installing a high-end replacement HVAC system with humidifier and electrostatic air-filters....

Carolina Air fixed my HVAC thermostat after the it was incorrectly installed by another company. The Technician Bobby was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and checked the entire system unlike the installers, who after a brief check (of the thermostat only) stated it was the pump, when in fact it was the thermostat as I thought. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely request there services in the future. more

Great Work & Great Price 4/9/2013

I have been in the construction business on and off of Fort Bragg for over 17 years and experienced the worst and the best HVAC companies. Before replacing my heat pump I secured many bids to perform the work. Carolina Air provided the most value for the money. Everything that they promised me they came through with. The people that arrived at my home to perform the work were respectful and courteous and made sure they left me home in the same shape that is was when they arrived. They stayed at my house until the job was done. They give you thier word and then they stand by it. I'd use them again and I am recommending them to everyone that I know. more

System Check 2/28/2013

Almost one year ago Carolina Air installed a new heating and air system as well as a mini-split system in our guest cottage. At that time the installation and overall customer service was great. When we called to have them come out for a yearly check up, they were prompt, professional and efficient. All qualities one seeks for in a company. more

Superb Service 12/14/2012

Carolina Air replaced a 22 year old heat pump with a new Trane high efficiency unit. They completely removed and replaced all duct work with new, sealed and insulated ducts. Carolina Air came highly recommended, and we were visited by Sean, who described in detail what we would need, the process involved, and what results we should expect. Sean mentioned right up front that we would probably be able to find a cheaper contractor, but his professionalism and degree of detail convinced us that we would probably not find a better contractor. The installation was completed on time, and exceeded our expectations. Sean also completed paperwork for the local energy company rebate. Thanks again!! more

Gary did an outstanding job of running the install of my Geothermal system. I was happy to find a way to spend my tax dollars with a great local company. The system offers great value and lower energy bills. I will post a more complete review when I get some comparison energy bills. I am very happy with the installation. more

great company, staff very professional 10/12/2012

I just wanted to thank everyone involved with installing my new unit. Had the unit and all duct work replaced. The install guys were very professional and did a great job. the sales rep Sean took the time to explain everything in detail. I would highly recomend carolina air to any one interested in a new system. I look forward to having cheaper heating and cooling cost in the future, and I will difently have them come back for service and do yearly maint on my system. more

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the quick attention we received from this company. We have been looking to replace our entire 20yr old system, when it finally told us time was up. Through a family friend they were recommended, called us the same day to see what we needed, and within the next four days we had our new system installed and running. The men that installed our unit were clean quick and very professional. They deserve a raise. I would very highly recommend this company to anyone in need of any cooling or heating problems. more

Requested Routine Svc for two HAVC units 8/14/2012

Tony was my Tchnician and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and personable. He explained the yearly svc agreement to me and I decided to purchase it. After Tony left I received a call from Beth asking about the service. She was also very professional and friendly. I am very happy with Carolina Air Service!!! more

So far, so good!! 6/29/2012

The service and attention we have gotten from Carolina air has been second to none. They've come with good solutions to a complex modern design home. We are still in the process of adjusting to the new system and I hope to be able to update this at the end of the summer with how the new geothermal system has handled intense heat. And we see what our electric bills are. Only then can I say if we got value equipment for our money. As far as the installation goes, this team was fantastic. We couldn't tell where the did the digging after they were done. We even hired their landscaper after that. I haven't yet decided if we like the quality of the ecobee thermostat systems. We installed 3 zones and struggle with them at times when they seem to have a mind of their own an we can't control all at once. more

New customer, Great experience dealing with Carolina Air folks 4/26/2012

We installed a new Trane Heat Pump system last week. The whole process was very smooth, All my questions were answered. The crew did a great job with installation and clean up. I Had a problem on Friday late with the unit. I called and a serviceman was here in 30 minutes, he would not leave till he had the unit working properly. I have been very impressed with the service and professionalism of the Carolina Air folks. They were recommeded to me by my next door neighbor and I would recommend them to anyone needing service or new equipment. more
