This place has boatloads of character inside and out. Reclaimed wood, brick, warm people and great pizza! The thin crust of the Mediterranean Pizza is out of control! I only planned to eat half. But, I scarfed the whole thing down. more

We were camping at Smith Lake and looking for somewhere great for dinner... found this place downtown... I had ravioli and my husband had a calzone, but as good as the food was, he loved the decor... old glass topped doors as tables, etc... just beautiful... they do serve wine and beer and were very accomodating about questions about local sites, etc... we loved it and will be back. more

Carlton's is our favorite place in Cullman ...awesome food,wonderful staff,atmosphere,ect....we love it..you should give them a try more

My friend and I ate supper here while in town. She ordered a create your own pizza and I got lasagna. They were both excellent and the atmosphere was great. I would defiantly eat there again. more

We eat at Carlton's whenever we get the chance. It is so good that there is always waiting room only on the weekends. But worth the wait; which is normally not to long. In the spring and summer you can enjoy their outdoor dining area which is very quaint. I have never had a bad meal and the service is always great. more

I have been to Carlton's a number of times over the past 15 years when visiting family in Cullman, Alabama and have never been disappointed. They have super pizza, tasty spaghetti and a lovely atmosphere in their most recent location. The servers are pleasant and accomodating. We have eaten 'in' and carried out both and the quality has been good. Stop by! more

I love visiting Carlton's with family and friends! Everything I have eaten has been tasty but, as simple as it is, the garlic bread with marinara dipping sauce is the highlight of every meal! more
