Bruschetta was the best I ever had. Lasagna and spaghetti & meatballs got a rave review from my husband. House wine was great. Prices were a pleasant surprise. Overall a noisy, fun, good experience. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. more

My husband and I will go here for date nights but the place seems to be family friendly as well. Service is friendly. I like the pizzas. The portions are large (good value as I will get 2-3 meals from one dinner). more

Service was great, atmosphere is nice too. I enjoyed a lunch of the small portion of lasagna and was very pleased. The bread is really good too. I would like to go for dinner sometime, due to ambiance of the restaurant and the outside dining area I noticed. Wish I had left room for dessert! more

Stopped in here for dinner during the week and was seated immediately. They offer outside seating but the weather didn't allow for it that day. The iceberg salad was delicious and loaded. I also had the personal sized pizza (6"") and between the 2 items there was no room for dessert. more

Good Sunday buffet....lasagna, chicken fettucine alfredo, and several varieties of thin crust pizza, spaghetti and meat sauce, tossed salad, garlic bread. Nice variety of homemade desserts. Pleasant, hewn beam interior and booths. Get there before the church crowd, though! more

Traveled here on business and wanted something local. Great atmosphere great food. Preferred the spinach and shrimp penne which was delicious. The bread sticks that come with dinner were great too. Other posts talk about the slow service, but our food was out very quick. Highly recommended. more

Yummm....half lasagna and cheese bread! This is so good! I love the atmosphere at Carlton's too! There is an outdoor patio or indoor dining. The blackberry cobbler makes up for any deficiency if there was any. Do not leave with out trying the blackberry cobbler....unless they are out....which happens so order early! more

I recently was in Cullman on business and asked the hotel desk for a dinner recommendation. They stated Carlton's Italian is a great place. \r I have to agree, the was very good, service excellent and priced very reasonable. I will go back again on my next trip to the area. more

Didn't know where to eat while passing through town and chose this place...good choice! It doesn't look like much from the outside, and we almost changed our minds, but went in and wow! Jam packed with a real buzz, painted murals of Italian scenes, red-checkered clothes on the tables and booths too...we got one of the two open tables and were quickly waited on by a no-nonsense, hop-to-it waitress. We each had a pasta dish, ravioli and manicotti, both well done, served hot and swimming in sauce, with breadsticks. Nice wine list...we were too full for dessert. A large birthday party was being celebrated at one of the tables - everyone was having fun. It was a good evening more

Ordered one of their pizzas for carryout yesterday. It was very good and hot, and I especially liked the sauce they use. Fairly priced: not cheap, but not overly expensive either. I'll be ordering from them again. more

Oh.my.goodness! Pure awesomeness! From Cajun Pasta to Baked Ravioli to Ravioli Florentine! The cheese sauces on the baked entrees were so creamy rich! The Cajun dish had just the right amount of Louisiana spice! The little guest at our table enjoyed the pizza. The Calzone needed some dipping marinara sauce. That's not all. There are cheesecakes made by a local couple that are devine!\r Great atmosphere, great food! more

Some of the best I have had. My hubby and came in hungry after a long day of travel. The waitress was very helpful in our decision making as she gave some good descriptions. We did not leave hungry as he portions were just enough. more
