I have loved living here the last few months. I love how convenient it is. Everything is close by, but I feel like I am away from it all when I am just peacefully by the pool. more

It's been great living here the last couple years. It is right down the street from my work and it is very convenient to a lot of places. I would recommend any one looking for an apartment in the Bradenton area to seriously look in Carlton Arms. more

Love Living Here! 4/25/2012

I cannot say enough to express how beautiful the view is here. It's right on the lake and the sunsets even from the apartments are beautiful, I have a lake view apartment and it is probably one of the prettiest places to live around Bradenton. It's a great place to live, I love living here. more
