Jennifer Charm knows her stuff. I've gone in for body waxing and have been pleasantly surprised at her expertise and friendliness. She recommended a product for my ingrowns, used it and it actually worked. This is the first time in my life someone told me "this will stop your ingrowns" and it was actually true. I have been going to Carabella for over a year. The staff is courteous, professional, and personable. Their waxing is truly painless and Jennifer makes what can be an awkward process comfortable. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Although it is a little bit of a drive (25 miles) I am willing to travel because the service and staff are exceptional and the results are amazing! more

Coming into the salon my facial skin was an absolute mess, but with a few facials and Jennifers magic touch, both my acne and scars are gone; I finally have the glowing skin that I always wanted. When it comes to the bikini waves, Jennifer makes it completly painles using her special technics and opintment. My eyebrows were an absolute disaster when I frist came into Salon Carabella, but now Jennifier cleans them up and dyes them to the perfect tone. My eyebrows finally are the appropriate color, matching both my hair and my skin, therefore bringing out the color in my eyes!
