DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED HERE!!\r Beware! I just spent $130 to have my car detailed which included a high power wax, interior detail, and headlight restoration. There are wax marks all over my car, they did not even touch the inside of the car- just vaccumed, and there is still oxidation on my headlights! When i asked him about the headlights, he said ""oh well that was all i could do"". I did not notice the interior had not been wiped down until the next morning. I would take it back, but don't see the point given the other reviews i am hearing. i LEARNED MY LESSON though; never stepping foot in this place again!!! more

I bought an oil change and a car wash. The guys at the lube shop were quick and did a good job. Cons: Unprofessional, sloppy, and poor quality more

Car Spa does an OK job. I have gone there many times and I'm not sure why. I have two big dogs so I understand that it takes a long time to detail it. They say it will take NO MORE than an hour. Every time I go they do the same thing. It always and I mean always take at LEAST an hour 1/2 if not 2 hours! I understand that my car was full of dog hair, but that would be one thing if they actually cleaned it. Like the other report that I read on here, they don't clean everything you pay for. The pad in the back of my SUV is never washed, nor vacuumed. Oh! And if your seats are down, PUT THEM UP! They will not put the seats up and clean the rear carpet if the rear seats are down. I have to get them to clean the seats, and the plastic mat every time I go. The staff is not friendly, don't deserve tip. The cleaner they use they lather it on so thick everything sticks to it, and leaves it greasy and way too shiny. About 2-3 days or so I get a film on my front windshield that I have to re-clean. They try to get me to fix my tiny tiny chip in my windshield every time I go. How they see if from a few feet away I don't know. They must get comission off of letting them fix it. You have to have full coverage insurance to get it though. Yes the car is clean, but be prepared to wait for hours and have unfriendly staff. I recently went to car spa and had a terrible experience with them. After having my car detailed and inspecting it, I found that they had broken a cover to my speaker off and placed in the the door slot as if it was already broken. Had I not looked over the car I would have nerver noticed it. I then spoke to the young lady that detailed the car and she immediately said ,"" Do you want to talk to my manager. The so called manager ( a spanish guy) came over very unfriendly and said oh that was broken before, I then explained to him that was not true and that I of all people would have known bein that this is my car. He repeated the same thing over and over again to the point that I no longer wanted to talk to him. Then I guess he went and got his REAL manager (David) and he then went on examining the part as if I was or had some reason to lye to him. They were very unprofessional and rude and did absolutely nothing to compensate me or provide no help. I would not want this to happen to anyone else. I will be going to the top of the ladder to get this resolved even if it means to the better business breau. As for the quality of their work the employees are very lazy and don deserve a tip. I had to remind them to put air fresherner in there and also wipe the tires off in which I had paid for. If I had to rate them they would get a negative 2 stars. more
