I just went here today and this place has great customer service!!! They didn't try to hit me over the head with the price either I felt they were very reasonable. I was showed what was wrong and they got straight to work. If I would have to the Nissan dealership I would have paid about $800!! Long story short I said about $500 and the front desk receptionist was very nice. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody!!! I will defiantly come back here to get work done on my car! more

The Car Shop of VB always provides trustworthy and great service. 3/18/2011

I've love the fact that I can stop in at The Car Shop of VB and somebody will ride with me to my house and then take the car back to the shop with them and then when it's done, drive it back to me. They have found things that we didn't even know about, and will warn us to start budgeting for certain things that might not need fixing now, but will need fixing in the near future. They are honest, trustworthy and provide excellent service. I recommend them to all my friends. Amy Milliken more

The Car Shop of VB services a number of my trucks and performs repairs as needed. I've been using Jeff for about three years now and I really like how he's not afraid to tell you the way it is. He is always upfront and honest. He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need and if you do need something fixed, he'll tell you how long you can put it off. more

Finally - a mechanic I can trust! 3/16/2011

Jeff and his staff have worked on both my and my wife's cars. They were able to diagnose a problem with my wife's car that other mechanics couldn't. What I particularly like about Jeff and his staff is that they take the time to explain to you what went wrong and why. From Christina at the front desk to everyone that's worked on our cars, everyone has been wonderful. I heartily recommend them. more

Great group of people 3/16/2011

I was referred to these guys from a friend at work and I'm glad I went. Jeff tells you exactly what you need, he even showed me and explained it to me because I am not mechanically inclined. I would recommend these guys to anybody. more

EXCELLENT i RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE 3/15/2011

The service is excellent. The crew is very knowledgable about the work they perform.They never recommend service which is not required. They have a friendly family atomsphere around the shop. more
