Worst Pool Company in the Desert 8/15/2007

Customer service and follow-up non-existent. Did numerous items incorrectly and they refused to remedy several items. They took far longer to finish than they said they would take. Worst company I have ever dealt with for any sizeable project. For change orders, I felt like they were trying to rip me off completely. They act a bunch of used car salesmen. Do not believe anything they say! As other reviewers have stated- They will likely be out of business soon but in meantime- AVOID this company!! more

Do NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR 7/26/2007

We contracted with this company to perform several projects at our home in Palm Springs. They have left each project in various stages of disarray and\r are refusing to complete the work. They are not returning any phone calls and have taken all our money. Please, PLEASE do not use this company. We cannot \r believe this happened to us and our home! Pros: some of the very basic work they did perform was adequate Cons: they have taken all of the money for the project and will not return to complete it, other detail work was SHODDY more

Avoid this company! 5/4/2007

Canyon View Pools has not performed any new work on our pool in more than 3 months, yet they have all but $1,000 of the total contracted amount required to finish the pool. Our dream home is becoming a nightmare because of these people. I feel that they have constantly lied to us to justify their delaying of the work. Use extreme caution before proceeding. I'm certain it's only a matter of time before they're out of business if their practices continue in this fashion. Pros: Work so far seems to be good Cons: Non-existent customer service, unreliable, unacceptable follow-through, failure to perform work more

THE WORST 2/3/2007

the worst customer service and follow through I have seen in years. Spent 90 K on pool and deck and nothing but problems. Would never reccomend them. Never show up for appointments.
