Horrible Customer Service 6/20/2011

They did a good job on my boat seats but the lady at the front desk was rude on the phone and then rude again when we picked up the seats. I believe her name was Kira. Being in sales myself, I know the importance of customer service - which is why I can't BELIEVE the owner would let her deal with customers/the public in general. In the current economy business owners should be happy to get any new customers they can and should go above and beyond to keep them happy. Next time I'll take my money elsewhere. more

Very Disappointed 6/5/2010

OK, I give up, guys! Have been trying for months to have you make a bimini for my boat. Got a great quote, but ""don't mean a thing"", because in spite of repeated calls, you never followed up with information or any interest in getting my business. Wow, as a business person, I can't understand your marketing strategy...good luck with that! Don't bother calling now, my money is going to one of your competitors! Cons: Apparently this business doesn't want any business! more

If you like being called ""buddy"" or ""dude"" give these guys a ring. If you enjoy not receiving promised e-mails, estimates, or follow up phone calls, these guys are right up your alley. If you generally like to be in a state of frustration before the project even begins, you'll love their services! Cons: These guys are jokers. more
