4 friends and I came here on a semi busy night; we put our name in at the front for a table then went to the bar to order drinks and play video poker.
Bartenders were very slow at making our drinks and uncertain whether food order can be placed. After an hour we decide to seat ourselves in the bar since staff wasn't doing this.
Food arrives and the server is passing a full plate eye level within inches ofmy friends face to the other side of table. She was asked to lower the plates when passing. Again she has the plate right in my friend's face and she's asked a 2nd time to stop and lower the plates when passing. The server gets a snotty tone and that's the last we see of her.
Clearly untrained and unable to clear up her mistakes. The mgr comes over after we've paid and ready to leave and has the paid bill holder asking if we wanted change back. We tipped her what was appropriate for her incompetent service but apparently the mgr thinks she hasn't been tipped enough. We explain what the server was doing, mgr makes excuses for the server and leaves. The 5 of us will not be returning.
