Beautiful, Great Accommodations, Great Service, Best Location 7/22/2008

My boyfriend and I wanted to have a nice, romantic getaway so we decided to give this place a try. It's the first of the Affinia chain to be located outside of New York. Even thought the hotel was was under construction at the time ( April 2008 to remodel a rooftop terrace) their staff was so helpful, and the accommodations were top notch. While the view is nothing to write home about, I could've lived in my room if Chicago wasn't such an amazing city. I'll definitely be back. Best hotel in Chicago 8/10/2006

During my family's recent stay in Chicago we found out that our favorite hotel was now known as the Affinia. After our week long visit we not only consider this hotel our favorite but canceled our reservations in NYC in a month to stay at one of the Affinia Hotels. The service and attitude of the staff was spectacular and we were treated as people rather than your typical tourists. I could go on and on and on, but suffice it to say that there are not enough hotels of this caliber to choose from. Pros: Staff, service, comfort Cons: none more
