My invisalign office 9/14/2011

Patient at Calm Dental for last year. Great list of things in the office: I love the massage chair, friendly staff, and TV screens for watching whatever I want during my visits. Everything is always clean and smells great (not like a dentist office) definitely a great office. I go in every 4 weeks for my invisalign treatment and every time everyone remembers me by name. Both doctors come and say hello either in the waiting room or the treatment room. Really caring environment. Don more

Chipped my veneers my Beverly Hills dentist did 3 years ago. Went back to get it fixed and the price was way too high. Dr. Rodd fixed my veneer for me for almost half the price. I more

I’ve switched my cleanings to here also. Their hygienist Kim is really gentle and nice. Five stars for the veneers, six stars for the friendly staff. more

My dental visits at Calm Dental have been pleasant. The staff is very friendly and professional. The dental hygienist and other staff members make sure that I am comfortable. If I have any questions, I get an answer right away. I have recommended Calm Dental to my co-workers. more

Only Dentist I will see. 9/12/2011

I went to western dental about a year ago and man they tried to sell me a 1000 dollar deep cleaning! I mean I know I didn’t go to the dentist for a while but a thousand dollar cleaning! Really Guys!!! My co-worker recommended me to this office for a second opinion. Humm miraculously the thousand dollar cleaning wasn’t needed any more. Yes I needed a deep cleaning but it didn’t cost a thousand dollars. I trusted them so much I got four veneers done. Over the years lots of dentists had done fillings on my front teeth, so my smile always had the front teeth with a filling material, no you couldn’t see it unless you were like 2 feet away but still I wanted new chompers! The veneers turned out great, and now I don’t have to stare at those ugly old fillings every time I look in the mirror. Really caring staff too. Everyone there cares it’s obvious from the first second you walk in. more

Great First Visit 9/10/2011

I have to say, that for a very long time, I've not had a more friendlier and efficient staff like Calm Dental's. The office was clean, and there were things one could do,(like getting a massage or hand therapy for free), while you wait. The only disappointment and this is because I"m like a kid: I walked out without my goody bag!!!!!. more

I called around for like 2 hours to different dental offices trying to get a quote for invisalign. No one would give prices over the phone except these guys. Free consultation. Ya I’m all over that. What’s the catch though? I went in skeptically, but wow everyone was very professional. I didn’t have much questions as I had done my research quite a bit already before I went in, so the doctor did a quick exam. Super cool Dentist, and staff also. Not like your regular old dentist. There was flat screen TV’s hand wax massage chairs, laughing, etc. It was kind of totally odd to be having fun at a dental office but hey I’m in, great time especially compared to what I was expecting. Started my invisalign today and the trays should be ready in a few weeks they said. Going to be looking forward to the regular visits to change the invisalign trays guys. Get the bottle water ready I’ll see you in a few weeks. more

Five stars 9/9/2011

After not seeing the dentist for over a decade from the horrible experiences of my child hood dentist I decided to give these guys a shot. The last time I was at the dentist I was in my early 20’s and my orthodontist after 2 years of being in braces kind of left things worse than when they first started. I wanted to make my smile sharp again but was in no mood to be wearing braces for another day even. We decided together that veneers are the best option for me. Now came the tough part…how the heck can I pay for it as I don’t have insurance. Well needless to say Melina (the office manger girl I think) figured out a payment plan and bam I got my veneers the next week. I’m really happy with my veneers. The color, the shape, everything is so much better now. I recommended my brother to come here for veneers also (Genetics was not favorable to our family) And he’s had a pretty good experience also. Watch out as parking in downtown is kind of tough but they validate your parking for free at the Biltmore Valet parking. Yeah Valet parking to go to the dentist…very nice! more

Love the staff and Doctors 9/8/2011

Talk about a really professional group of people. I love this office. I have been a patient for a few months now. Originally I went in for veneers. But stayed a regular patient after they did such an awesome job on my veneers. I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday by getting veneer to give me a sexier smile. And well It turned out to be the perfect gift for both of us! Ha! Well I guess it was more for me but hey it was a good excuse. The receptionists are always very kind and smiling and asking if I need anything. Dr. Khaef was very patient calm and a perfectionist during the entire procedure. The end result is the smile I always wanted. Now I see Kim the hygienist, and love leaving with my good bye bag. Next visit in 6 months for another fun filled cleaning…. more

What I needed was a deep cleaning & a few small cavities filled, but I had never had a cavity filled before, so I was completely frightened. After reading the reviews on Calm Dental, I had the courage to make an appointment. Everyone had talked about how nice the staff was and how they put you at ease, AND how they have all the latest technology. more

I aint Scared of no Ghost! I mean Dentist! 9/7/2011

For those of you who ever watched ghost busters, you remember the theme song. ""I ain't scared of no ghost...duhhm duhhhm duhhh"" Well that is exactly the opposite for me I am actually really afraid of the Dentist even more than ghosts! :) I went to Calm Dental for an invisalign consultation expecting the same usual dental experience. I was expecting to be talked down to, yelled at for not flossing, charged an arm and a leg for shaking the doctors hand, and poked and probed till I was in pain..... Actually, nothing like that ever happened! It was AWESOME! Really top notch staff. Everyone was friendly, the visit was definitively pain free...which is a huge surprise for me. I had 3 fillings done and started my invisalign clear braces. Super excited to start wearing my invisalign. My teeth are only semi crowded so I should be done with my invisalign in 5 months the doctor said. Great Great Great! I'll be coming back regularly for my cleanings now. Thanks crew. more
