Pretty Good Take out 11/8/2006

We live in Charlestown so our take-out choices are sometimes limited as some places will not want to cross a bridge in order to bring you your food. Podima is an exception to this though. Cafe Podima has very good pizza, hot and cold sandwiches, pastas, salads, and wraps that are made to order. My only complaint I have is that the sweet potato fries come soggy everytime we've ordered them- otherwise the rest of the menu is very good and well priced. They have several different frozen yogurts that can be mixed to 1 of 40 flavors. Definitely add your favorite to your order- they are delicious. more

Delicious sandwiches! 8/28/2005

This is one great place! I've never had sandwiches like the ones at this restaurant. I wholly recommend the HS2, otherwise known as "hot sandwich #2" This sandwich is made with an assortment of meats and cheeses but the best part is the pesto sauce that is put in it! There is also an assortment of college named sandwiches such as "The Bruins" which are quite filling to say the least. It offers a good selection of sandwiches at decent prices. It also offers frozen yogurt which a lot of my friends have enjoyed on many an occasion. Perhaps the only con of this restaurant is that delivery time sometimes can be somewhat of a pain. more
