This place is a bit of a drive for me and my friends, but we decided to try it based on the reviews. We all agree that the appetizer was fabulous. the shrimp were tender, the tomato cream sauce was so scrumptious we sopped it all up. but then.. the entrees let us down. My pizzaiola was tough and covered in gravy. I've got family in NY and went every summer, Little Italy has some of the best Italian in America, and pizzaiola steak is NOT supposed to have gravy on it. The pasta dishes were decent if a little bland, and the chicken entree was dry. For dessert, the waitress hyped the ""homemade Tirimisu."" It was ok, but it was on the dry side. I've had better. I suppose all the good reviews were from locals.. there are hardly any other restaurants in the area. Drive folks, Drive!
Pros: cheery atmosphere, friendly waitress, wonderful appetizers!
Cons: tiny wine/drinks list, very far drive, mediocre italian food
