Service With a Smile 7/6/2011

Dan arrived promptly at 8am expecting to fix a stopped up toilet. Our problem was a kitchen sink drain clog which he readily worked on with a smile on his face. more

They were on time and friendly. I liked how they used shoe covers since I usually remove my own shoes in my house. They quickly figured out the problem, fixed it, and verified the repair. They also checked other things in my bathroom. Overall, I was very pleased. more

Everyone communicates great here, even the technicians. They fixed my toilet and also told me other things that needed to be done. They explained why and even showed me. I found it very comforting to know that they were being honest and not just trying to rip me off. They will be back to finish the job this week. more
